Who is e GO Bookkeeping Inc?
Welcome to e GO Bookkeeping Inc., a small bookkeeping firm owned and operated by me, Marie de Villers. I have been providing bookkeeping assistance since 2003. I work from my home in the east end of Kingston with the help of part-time staff. The companies that I work with vary in nature, but all enjoy clean, accurate records that are ready for their accountants at year-end.
As a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (IPBC), I have some great resources available to me. I also have access to some great professional development courses that are keeping me moving forward in the business world. I am very excited about the many cloud-based bookkeeping & invoicing programs that are now available. I work with Sage 50 and Sage’s cloud solution - Sage One, for those entrepreneurs that like to invoice and receive payments while they are on-the-go.
I love the work that I do. I work with wonderful entrepreneurs. And working for myself has allowed me to have a very “flexible” lifestyle. I enjoy the extra time that I can spend with my family. It seems to work well for my customers too, as I am just an e-mail or telephone call away when any urgent matters arise.

Flat rates are charged either monthly or quarterly for a set group of services. All businesses are unique. Once we review your business and determine your needs, we can provide you with some service & pricing options to choose from.
